Happy Birthday Friends! During The Park’s 211th birthday celebration today, Rev. Stephanie Kendell led us in reflecting on and celebrating all that we have been, all that we are, and all that we hope to be, and she invited you to share with each other about your first day at The Park and your best day at The Park. How did you feel, who did you meet, where did you experience God?
Thank you for the responses we have received so far, and for helping us create a Gospel according to The Park today. Because that is what the Bible is, a collection of stories about God and God’s people, and the stories that we tell each other now, about how we came into beloved community are just as meaningful to God and each other, as the stories that inform our faith.
