Call on Mayor de Blasio to #CLOSErikers at the State of the City Address

On February 13, Mayor de Blasio will be giving his “State of the City” address, touting his accomplishments as he runs for re-election. We will be there to make sure that the mayor, his supporters, and the media remember we need to #CLOSErikers!  NYC can’t justifiably call itself a sanctuary city when 8,000 New Yorkers, mostly men of color, are locked up on Rikers Island on any given day. We hope that you, your organizations and your networks can join us.
