A Message from Faith Leaders on NYC’s Civic Life

January 5th,2026 Categories: Latest News

Dear Members and Friends of The Park,

We’re pleased to share a video message featuring our Senior Pastor, The Rev. Kaji Douša, alongside other faith leaders from across New York City. Together, they affirm the ongoing importance of interfaith partnership and collaboration as faith communities continue the work of serving and supporting the people of our city.

For decades, faith leaders have worked side by side—across traditions—to meet urgent needs, respond in moments of crisis, and build trust rooted in shared service. As we look ahead, Pastor Kaji and fellow leaders remain committed to strengthening these interfaith relationships so that, in partnership with city government, faith communities can continue expanding life-saving services, supporting housing stability, and standing together during times of challenge and change.

We are grateful for Pastor Kaji’s leadership and for The Park’s place within this wider interfaith movement for the good of New York City. We look forward to continuing this work—faithfully, collaboratively, and with hope.
