Fall Back, Remember, and Cheer On!

Sunday, November 1 | All Saints Sunday & NYC Marathon

This Sunday, November 1, we gather at Park Avenue Christian Church for All Saints Sunday, a sacred opportunity to remember, honor, and give thanks for the lives of those who have gone before us. 🕊️🕯️

⏰ Daylight Saving Time Ends

Remember to turn your clocks back one hour before heading to bed Saturday night! Enjoy an extra hour of rest before joining us for worship at 11:00 AM.

🚧 NYC Marathon Travel Advisory

The TCS New York City Marathon also takes place this Sunday, bringing street closures, traffic restrictions, and public transportation changes throughout New York City.

With runners traveling along First Avenue and Fifth Avenue, access to the Upper East Side may be affected. Those planning to attend worship in person are encouraged to allow additional travel time, check MTA service updates, and consider alternative routes to the church at 1010 Park Avenue (East 85th Street).

🏃🏽‍♀️ Let’s Cheer On Vanessa! 💜

We’re especially excited to celebrate our very own Vanessa Lindley, who will be participating in this year’s NYC Marathon! Join us in sending her encouragement, prayers, and plenty of love as she takes on all 26.2 miles.

Go, Vanessa! Your church family is cheering you on! 🎉👏🏽

Whether you’re joining us in the sanctuary or worshipping online, we look forward to sharing this meaningful Sunday of remembrance, gratitude, and community. ⛪✨
