We cannot let our oppressors interrupt our dreams and visions!
Oh. But they. Will. Try.
They’ll tell you you’re wrong. You’re crazy. You never had that dream in the first place. They will gaslight you. They will try to keep you up all night so that you cannot close your eyes and dream!!!
They will deport you. Imprison you. Tell you what to do with your body. Maybe even try to end your life and blame you for it. They will do everything they can to defer your dream & place an all-out assault on your ability to hope.
But my job is to remind you that hope is a discipline. It is not a feeling.
Hope is a muscle you develop and if we don’t work it, it will atrophy.
Hear me, loud and clear:
God is placing a vision for your possibilities before you. Right now.
