As a student of congregational behavior, she recently began work on her first book entitled: “Pastoral Leadership in Black and White,” where she chronicles her development of the diverse leadership skills necessary to pastor black and white congregations. According to Rev. Williams, “there really are some unique pastoral dynamics in working with these two ethnically diverse faith communities.” Reverend Williams is also a certified Mediator for New York State. She has previously served on the National Board of Directors of the United Church of Christ.
